Enphase Energy - Sanjeev Kumar Resigns his CFO post

Enphase Energy, Petaluma California based Microinverter manuacturer has said in its press release that Sanjeev Kumar, has resigned his post as CFO.

Sanjeev Kumar will be leaving the company later this year, Enphase Energy said. The company said that Kumar was more keen to focus on his family.

Kumar, who joined the company more than two years ago, provided valuable support, which transformmed a start up in petaluma to a global micro inverter giant.

Earlier this week enphase released its Q2'12 results. Total net revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 grew 88 percent to $55.7 million from $29.6 million in the second quarter of 2011.

And Enphase energy in the second quarter of 2012 sold 403,000 microinverter units , compared to 204,000 in the second quarter of 2011.

In order to facilitate a smooth transition, Kumar will remain as the CFO during a period which is expected to be till the fourth quarter of 2012.
