ANERT had initiated various eGovernance as part of its efforts to streamline the implementation of renewable energy programmes. Subsequent to the implementation of eOffice, the development of electronic marketplace (buymysun.com), programme management system (PMS) portal (both developed by Keltron) and mobile apps was taken up, and they are now ready for implementation.

BuyMySun
BuyMySun is an electronic market place developed by ANERT. The services are available only through Internet to anyone desiring to procure or install a renewable energy system in Kerala.
The products of empanelled vendors/agents of ANERT who supply and install renewable energy systems are listed here. Anyone in Kerala, interested in procuring the products can order them online and get it delivered/ installed at their desired location (if agreed to by the vendor) in Kerala.
All processes related to the delivery and installation are handled electronically. Payment for the product / system shall be made online.
If the customer had ordered a system for which subsidy is available at the time of ordering, the subsidy will be disbursed to the eligible beneficiary through Aadhaar linked direct benefit transfer (DBT) after completing installation and commissioning.
The delivery, installation, and maintenance of the products is the responsibility of the respective vendor.
ANERT’s responsibility is confined to the empanelment of vendor and approval of their products listed on the website. If a vendor violates any conditions of the website/ portal or does not comply with the delivery, installation and maintenance services committed to a customer, ANERT would take necessary action including suspension/ removal of the vendor from the portal.
