Trina Solar Limited (link) has announced that it has inked, a 30MW Module supply deal with Gestamp Solar for it's two projects in South Africa. As per the agreement, the modules will be delivered to Gestamp Solar (link) within the third Quarter of 2013.
These two Utility Scale Solar Power Projects will be installed in South Africa's Northern Cape Province,
in the towns of Prieska and De Aar, and will have an installed capacity of 20
and 10MW respectively. Also trina's multicrystalline PC05 series modules will be utilized for the Project.
