According to the latest data released by Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA), PSU's in the country has installed more than 711 MW of Wind Power in India.
Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Ltd and
GSFC is the largest PSU Wind Developer in the Country with an installed capacity of 123.4 MW of Installed Capacity, all of which is in Gujarat. This is followed by Gas giant GAIL 118 MW of Wind Farms in states of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Karnataka. Also Gujarat based PSU's Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation and Gujarat Alkalies
And Chemicals Limited are also on the top list with 100.5 MW and 84 MW of installed Wind Power Capacity respectively.
