Jakson Power (link), a USD 300 Million Noida - UP based group having interests in Manufacturing and EPC services has announced they have bagged multiple Solar based orders valued at Rs 81 crore.
The Big order valued at 47 crore was handed over by Refex Energy (link) and this order entitles Jakson to provide Solar Inverter Substations for 60 MW of Projects in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, which are slated to be connected to the grid by 2nd half of 2013.
Also BHEL has contracted Jakson Power for developing a 10 MW Solar PV project. The contract is valued at Rs 34 crore and this plant will be located in Orissa.
Also on May earlier this year Jakson had bagged two large scale Commercial rooftop project each having 80 and 77 KW each.
